This small batch bourbon is a tribute to Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, a man who developed innovative techniques that are used to this day. This small batch bourbon is now made by Buffalo Trace but is aged in warehouses that Taylor built himself. You will find caramel sweet notes of butterscotch and liquorice, complemented by subtle spice and tobacco in the finish.
